Objects

The core of Armada EQM Rental is the object module. Here all income and costs are attached to the unique object (e.g. the actual machine) during its lifetime.

The object module is fully integrated with the rental module, as well as the purchase, inventory, service, fixed assets and sales modules of Dynamics NAV. All costs and income generated by these modules will be stored against the individual objects, object types and object groups.

A company that rents lifts will, through Armada EQM, be able to measure the profitability of a unique lift, a type of lift or a group of lifts.

Rentals

The rental module allows you to produce quotes and then convert them to contracts for the rental of objects, items, scaffolding, bulk items and labour. Additional charges that relate to the setting up of or termination of the rental contract may be attached to the type of object. The availability calendar provides the user with a total overview of the rental inventory. It shows all of the details you need.
