‘Dynamics Users Must Map to Dynamics CRM Users’ Error Message

Error Message

‘Dynamics CRM Integration is enabled.
However, because the Dynamics NAV Users Must Map to Dynamics
CRM Users field is set, Dynamics CRM integration is not enabled for
Domain\Username’

 

Issue

The users email address must be the same on the CRM ‘user card’ and the ‘user card’ in Navision.
This error often occurs when the email addresses are not matching.

 

Solution

On Navision, go to the ‘User Card’, then on the ‘Office 365 Authentication tab’ – Check the ‘Authentication Email’ is correct

 

On CRM, go to ‘settings’, then ‘security’ – select the user and check the primary email address is correct

The ‘Authentication Email’ on NAV must match the ‘Primary Email’ on CRM.
