Fix scrolling issue for NAV 2009, SP1 & R2 on Windows 10


This is a common issue for users running any version of NAV 2009 on Windows 10. This is when users cannot scroll using their mouse within NAV.
To fix this, go to the new settings on Windows 10 by clicking the Windows icon on your start bar and then clicking on “Settings”

Then click on “Devices”

Then click on “Mouse & touchpad” and finally click on the toggle button below “Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them” so that it matches the “Off” position in the below screenshot.

You will now be able to scroll in NAV 2009 in Windows 10.
