Friday February 12th – Introduction to Dimensions and Dimension Analysis
Who should attend?
Anybody responsible for company reporting and analysis – not just the Finance Team. Learn how to expose the power of this built in analytical tool.

Friday February 26th – Introduction to the Cashflow module (NAV 2013+ only)
Who should attend?
Those with NAV 2013 or above can get a taster for this FOC module which provides cashflow analysis, what-ifs etc. based on your live NAV data.

Friday April 1st – Financial Reporting, Account Schedules, Excel Integration
Who should attend?
Those in Finance who are responsible for Monthly Reporting Packs. This session looks at the reporting within NAV and how to get that data out into Excel the easiest, quickest way.

Friday April 29th – Creating a test NAV system, loading fobs, writing testing plans
Who should attend?
If you are responsible for loading fobs into test then this is for you – or invite your infrastructure partner if they do this for you.

Friday May 27th – Standard NAV Credit Control (including Reminder Letters)
Anybody touching any part of the Credit Control process will find this useful as it looks at the standard functions that can help support swift cash collection.

Friday July 1st – VAT Reporting, Year End and Currency
Who should attend?
We tend to only look at these, at the most, a few times a year so we forget how they run. Anybody responsible for these areas on the Finance Team will find this useful.

Friday July 29th – Simple document and page design
Who should attend?
Did you know that you don’t always have to ask us to add fields to pages or columns to reports – this session will show you how to do these things for yourself.

Friday August 26th – Standard NAV CRM
Who should attend?
If you want to try out Customer Relationship Management then this is a great start especially because some of you will already have this element of NAV already.

Friday September 30th – Standard Document Approvals (Sales & Purchase)
Who should attend?
Businesses today are becoming more and more astute in looking at money going out of the business and using NAV’s standard Purchase Approval process you can ensure that Purchase Orders and/or Purchase Invoices are legitimate. Approvals can also be applied to Sales Invoices so Finance can check items before they get posted onto the ledger.

Friday October 28th – Configuring the Web Client for tablets (NAV 2013+)
Who should attend?
This is a basic technical session to show you how to extend the reach of NAV across your business by utilising the Web Client to give remote users easy access to the system.

Who should attend?
Stock Takes are not something we do every day and knowing the correct NAV transactions to use at the time is not always obvious. This session runs through all the correct processes and postings you should be doing in NAV.

Friday December 16th – Using NAV Returns Orders (Sales & Purchase)
Who should attend?
If you are involved with distribution at all then this session will be useful as it shows you the standard processes for both Purchase and Sales Returns which can result, if necessary, automatic credit notes without manual intervention.
