IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES
|
 |
| |
Once the design has been agreed, it is then that system (following thorough
testing) begins the implementation phase.
Due to our understanding of the key
business issues involved in complex software environments, we can ensure that
the solution fits the business and runs smoothly from the initial 'go live'
|
|
|
Configuration
Prior to installation, we load all of the relevant applications and
development onto our in house test system. This is then put through a
rigorous testing phase, ensuring that everything specified within the design
specification, is being addressed by the proposed solution.
|
|
| |
Customisation
Using our core building blocks we adapt and adjust these developments - with
you the customer - until we achieve the 100% fit required.
|
|
| |
Installation
During the installation phase we
ensure that the system runs effectively on-site and integrates to all of the
other infrastructure products that exist, something that is difficult to
replicate in an 'off-site' scenario. We will often at this time train
the users on there own system, so that screens, different reports and
layouts and processes is fully compliant with your requirements.
|
|
| |
Integration
Following this we then look at
the integration with other applications throughout the business and make
sure that the information flow between these is correct.
|
|
| |
Documentation
It is at this time that
we finalise all of the documentation and release to the customer, signing
off this phase of the project.
|
|
| |
Training & Transition management
The
training is the most vital part of the implementation, ensuring that all key
users know the elements of the solution that appertain to them is critical
to get maximum success and return on investment. This will typically
be held with small classrooms of individuals so that users can get the most
'hands on' and 'one to one' tuition they require.
|
|
| |
Verification of system implementation & performance
The final point of the implementation process, this refers back to the
initial scoping exercise and the benefits that were outlined at the outset.
Some benefits will take longer to measure than others, but we verify that
all elements of the solution are in place and working as outlined from the
parameters laid down in the scoping document. |
